Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Process

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us.
